Our restaurant wants to propose menus of Mediterranean inspiration with the freshness, the genuineness of traditional flavors and products that only Sicily with its sea and its land is capable of giving.

We offer typical but contemporary , cuisine, enhanced by the flavors and aromas of the Mediterranean and able to satisfy even the most refined palates. The protagonist is, unquestionably, the superb seasonal fresh fish and specially chosen by our chef.

The desire is to create unmissable recipes every day, a result of an encounter between tradition and creativity and at the same time we propose a menu, for those who want to have a quick lunch and without wasting time, with fresher and less demanding solutions: delicious gourmet salads, pizza, appetizing sandwiches, fresh fruit slices and many other solutions to be enjoyed by the sea or under the umbrella during the evening.

Custodita e circondata da alberi di limone e di ulivo, dotata di ampie vetrate che si aprono sulla piscina, un ambiente curato, luminoso, fresco ed accogliente, dagli spazi ariosi e comodi divani, giusta alternativa per una pausa veloce, un buon libro e un caffé in compagnia, ma, soprattutto, luogo ideale per cominciare al meglio la giornata.

The opening hours of the Lobby bar alternate with those of the Beach bar in order to guarantee a service present from 9:00 to 23:00

A rich, complete and well-assorted breakfast will await you every morning with: the sweet corner of cakes, pies, croissants, biscuits, brioches, and the offer of strictly local salty, for the right and initial energy: eggs, selection of cheeses and assortment of cold cuts and typical cheeses . Do not miss the most natural and genuine part with yogurt, selection of cereals, dehydrated fruit, muesli, organic jams and fresh fruit.

Upon request, gluten-free products are served: biscuits, snacks.

On the outdoor terrace of the enchanting Rivage Taormina beach, overlooking the sea, you will be welcomed, during the day, by a pleasant atmosphere with typically summer colors and scents. In the evening, however, after having accompanied the sunset with a drink, to the sound of the waves, you will be courted by a fascinating game of light reflections, given by the sky and the sinuous movement of the sea, it will be the turn of a romantic and seductive candlelit dinner.

Offered on request at the restaurant on the ground floor. The order needs to be placed before 22:00 on the previous evening. Take away breakfast can also be available.

The buffet will be set up as follow: coffee, hot and cold drinks, fruit, juices, biscuits, jams, cereals, muesli, and yogurt.
